Effective Date: March 26, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how the Bitefight Bot browser extension ("the Extension", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, efficient, and transparent automation tool for your gameplay. 1. Information We Collect We believe in minimizing data collection. The Extension only collects and processes data that is strictly necessary for its core functionality and subscription management. Local Storage Data: The Extension saves your personal bot settings (such as selected modes, timers, HP limits, and hunting preferences) locally within your browser using chrome.storage and localStorage. Game Account Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit your Bitefight username, password, or any personal game account details to any external servers. The bot operates entirely on your local machine. Licensing & Payment Data (For Premium Users): If you purchase a Silver, Gold, or Master subscription, your payment is securely processed by our third-party provider, Stripe, via ExtensionPay. We do not collect, view, or store your credit card information. We only receive an anonymous, encrypted token that verifies your subscription status (Active/Unpaid) to unlock premium features. 2. How We Use Your Information The limited data we process is used exclusively for the following purposes: To run the automation: Local settings are read by the script to know when and how to automate your gameplay. To verify premium access: To check if you have an active subscription so the Extension can unlock the respective features (Gold/Master). To improve performance: To store internal logs locally so the bot can remember what actions it recently performed (e.g., checking if the church regeneration was completed). 3. Data Sharing and Disclosure We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. The only external service the Extension communicates with is our payment infrastructure (ExtensionPay/Stripe) strictly for validating your license key. 4. Data Security Local Processing: Because your gameplay data and bot settings never leave your browser, they are as secure as your own computer. Encrypted Payments: All billing transactions are encrypted and processed at bank-level security by Stripe. 5. User Rights and Data Deletion You have full control over your data. You can delete all data associated with the Extension at any time by: Uninstalling or removing the Extension from your browser. Clearing your browser's local storage and cache. Note: Managing or canceling your premium subscription must be done through the billing portal provided in the Extension's interface. 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or updates to our subscription models. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. 7.
