Effective Date: March 26, 2026 Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Bitefight Auto Adventure Extensions(Silver, Gold or Master) (collectively referred to as the "Service", "Extensions", or "Software"). By installing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound entirely by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service. 1. THE SERVICE AND "NO FREE TRIAL" POLICY 1.1. Extension Portfolio: This Agreement governs the use of the following three browser extensions developed by us: Bitefight Silver Auto Adventure Bitefight Gold Auto Adventure Bitefight Master Auto Adventure 1.2. Access and Functionality: While any of the aforementioned Extensions may be downloaded and installed from the browser’s extension store free of charge, they provide absolutely no functionality upon installation without a paid license. 1.3. No Free Trial: At this time, we do not offer any free trial periods, demo versions, or grace periods. To unlock and utilize any of the automation features provided by the Extensions (Silver, Gold, or Master), the user must purchase and maintain a valid, active subscription prior to use. 2. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND RECURRING PAYMENTS 2.1. Payment Processing: All financial transactions are securely processed through an authorized third-party provider, Stripe, via the ExtensionPay infrastructure. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or personal billing details on our servers. 2.2. Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a subscription plan (Monthly, 4-Months, or Annual), you expressly agree to recurring billing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and the applicable fee will be charged to your provided payment method unless you actively cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. 2.3. Cancellation: You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible within the Extension's interface. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the paid features until the expiration of your currently paid billing period. 3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (BAN RISK) 3.1. Non-Affiliation: Our Service is an independent, third-party software tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Gameforge 4D GmbH, the publishers of the game Bitefight, or any of their subsidiaries. 3.2. Violation of Game Rules: You explicitly acknowledge and accept that the use of any automation tools (including bots, macros, and scripts) constitutes a direct violation of the official Terms of Service (TOS) of the Bitefight game as established by Gameforge. 3.3. Total Assumption of Risk: The use of these Extensions is strictly at your own risk. We assume absolutely no responsibility or liability for any punitive actions taken by the game administrators against your account. This includes, but is not limited to: warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, deletion of characters, or the loss of in-game currency, progress, or items. 4. REFUND POLICY 4.1. General Rule: Given the digital nature of the Service and the immediate availability of premium functionality upon payment, all payments are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 4.2. No Refunds for Account Bans: We will not issue refunds (neither full nor partial) under any circumstances if your game account is suspended, restricted, or permanently banned by Gameforge while using our Service. 4.3. No Refunds for Game Updates: We do not issue refunds for temporary bot downtime or functionality loss caused by official updates to the Bitefight servers that alter the game's underlying structure or mechanics. 5. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 5.1. Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. 5.2. Strict Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the Extensions. Modifying, copying, reproducing, or distributing elements of the Service’s code, design, or logic. Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account or paid license key to third parties. Our system monitors for license abuse, and the detection of shared usage will result in the immediate termination of your subscription without any refund. 6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND UPTIME 6.1. Impact of Game Updates: The base game (Bitefight) may be updated by its developers at any time without prior notice. These updates may temporarily break the compatibility and functionality of our Extensions (Silver, Gold, or Master). 6.2. No Service Level Agreement (SLA): We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. While we make every reasonable effort to release compatibility patches as quickly as possible following an official game update, the Extensions are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. 8.
